One could say that 2024 was Vancouver’s year. Our home Canucks made the Playoffs for the first time since 2015, and though we suffered a close defeat to the Oilers, our team has revealed talent unlike any other year. Vancouver also finished the race as Taylor Swift’s final stop on her Era’s Tour, making Vancouver an outstanding city in December. With another year here, what’s Vancouver got for us in 2025?

This Paralympic-like competition will leave you on the edge of your seat! Featuring your favorite snow sports, sitting volleyball, wheelchair basketball and more, this intense competition will leave you biting your nails rooting on your favourite teams and players. Held on February 8-16th, this competition also features several performances by Nelly Furtado, Noah Kahan and Katy Perry.

Looking forward to some laughs this year, well Just for Laughs Vancouver is setting up several shows all across Vancouver between February 13-23 just for giggles. Fan Expo Vancouver 2025
Ever wanted to meet your childhood hero? This might just be your only chance! With Andy Serkis, Jared Padalecki, Hayden Christensen and so many more, you’ll be sure to find one of your favourite actors here. Have a conversation, take a photo or maybe just gaze in shock. 54th Juno Awards
Remember watching this on TV? Well, now you can watch this in person! Hosted by Michael Bublé himself, Vancouver will be hosting the 54th Annual Juno Awards in Rogers Arena on March 30th. Come with friends and family to cheer on your favourite artists on this musical night.
Cirque du Soleil Crystal
We’ve all seen that spiral tent next to Science World, but who knew that Cirque du Soleil is performing a whole new show, this time with Canada’s twist: snow! Between June 4-8th, Cirque du Soleil is performing Crystal, their new show containing snow! If we don’t get snow this year, maybe you can join the circus!

Vancouver seems to be a music capital! Taylor Swift, Juno Awards and now Kety Perry, what more could you ask for? On July 22nd, Katy Perry is coming to Rogers Arena to perform her Lifetimes Tour featuring your favourite Katy Perry songs such as Hot n Cold, Last Friday Night, California Gurls and more! This blast from childhood is guaranteed to make your feet tap and head bop at Katy Perry’s new tour.
